College Football Predictions

Tennessee Florida

Florida vs. Tennessee: Monte Kiffin's defense will not give up over 60 points like some people are predicting. Jonathan Crompton will get safetied and throw at least one interception for a touchdown in this game. Nick Stephens will not play in this game. Gators win 47-13.

Texas vs. Texas Tech: Why are people acting like this game is close to last year's great game? Texas has too many play makers for the Red Raiders to stop and Colt Mccoy will use this game to put him near the top of the Heisman race. Longhorns win 45-21.

USC vs. Washington: Sports Illustrated's Stuart Mandel thinks Washington will upset USC in this game, but I don't see it. Jake Locker is a very good quarterback for Washington, but the Trojans will lean on the run game in this win. Trojans win 24-14.

BYU vs. Florida State: If BYU goes undefeated, they deserve to play for the national championship. No other team can say they have wins over quality opponents like Oklahoma and Florida State. A healthy Harvey Unga runs wild today. BYU wins 31-13.

Virginia Tech vs. Nebrasha - Bo Pelini has done a great job with Nebraska and his defense will shut down Tech's offense. This will be a very close game late. Cornhuskers win 24-21.

Auburn vs. West Virginia - This will be a very exciting game as both of these teams are capable of putting up 50 points on any Saturday. Noel Devine has another solid game and quarterback Jarrett Brown is the most underrated quarterback in the nation. Mountaineers win 38-28.

Georgia vs. Arkansas - The Bulldogs struggled against Oklahoma State and then played very well in the win over South Carolina. Georgia's defense gave up 37 points to a bad South Carolina offense. Ryan Mallet will tear apart Georgia's defense in his first SEC start. Razorbacks win 27-21.
