We mentioned in earlier posts that we think Al Groh, Dan Hawkins, Steve Kragthorpe and Ralph Friedgen will all get fired once the season ends. It is one thing to back up these statements with facts, but it is another thing to make the same statement about a coach that is in his first season. You could argue that Kiffin has put a bullseye on his back with some of his comments, but it is ridiculous to say that Kiffin is on the eighth hottest coaching seat in college football. He has only coached one game at Tennessee and you have to give him more time now that he already had recruited a top-ten recruiting class.
