Sports Illustrated's Stuart Mandel is one of the best writers in the nation and he makes one bold prediction in his latest article. Mandell thinks Washington will beat USC 27-24 and he mentions Washington quarterback Jake Locker as a a big reason why the Huskies will upset the Trojans. Mandell is 8-12 on the season with his picks, but this game would not shock us if Locker leads his team to an upset win over the Trojans.

I realize that LSU's offense has no killer instinct and that the final score looked closer than it actually was........BUT wouldn't it be great if USC tanked against Washington?
