New England Patriots running back Fred Taylor will miss some time now that he needs surgery on his ankle. The surgery is needed to fix an ankle that he hurt in the win over the Baltimore Ravens. Taylor was a decent option to start now that he is leading the Patriots in rushing with 201 yards. Laurence Maroney is most likely to see more carries, but keep an eye on Kevin Faulk. He has been a very consistent running back for Bill Belichick over the years and Tom Brady will look more to use Faulk in the passing game.
