James Predicts Big Year For Heyward

 

If you enjoy baseball statistics, then you know Bill James' work. He is a senior adviser for the Boston Red Sox and has written plenty of books involving baseball statistics. James' latest predictions are out and he predicts a big year for Atlanta Braves' rookie outfielder Jason Heyward. According to James, Heyward will hit .303 with 17 homers and 78 RBI. The Braves made a mistake by not bringing up Heyward this past season, but Heyward should be in the starting lineup at the beginning of next season. The Braves need more outfielders and the rookie will deliver for the Braves next season. Remember that multiple analysts have compared Heyward to former New York Mets outfielder Darryl Strawberry.
