Phil Jackson is not a Fan of Jonah Hill: I plan on seeing Funny People this weekend and one of the stars of the movie, Jonah Hill, recently got yelled at by Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson. Hill said on the Jimmy Kimmel Show that his agent has courtside seats and the producers of Curb Your Enthusiasm asked Hill to switch seats and when he tried to sit in his original seats, Jackson threatened Hill. Cliff Lee Goes the Distance in First Phillies Start: The reigning AL Cy Young winner gave up only four hits in a complete game win for the Philadelphia Phillies.  Lee carried a no-hit bid into the sixth inning and also chipped in with two hits. [NY Times] 

John Daly Needs to Gain Weight: Yes, you read that right. A slimmed down John Daly shot an 88 at the Buick Open, his worst score ever in a regular PGA Event. Daly's swing coach, Rick Smith, blamed the poor play on Daly's massive weight loss and wrong kind of diet. [ESPN]

Holdouts in the NFL are Getting Ridiculous: It is very common for first round picks in the NFL to holdout for more money, but this year Miami Dolphins second round pick Pat White appears willing to holdout for more cash. The San Francisco 49ers should be concerned about Michael Crabtree's holdout, but even veterans like New York Jets Leon Washington and Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White are holding out until they get paid.
