Orlando Magic forward Rashard Lewis will be suspended for the first 10 games of next season after he tested positive for a testosterone-producing steroid. Lewis was taking nutritional suppliments towards the end of last season that contained a substance (DHEA) that is banned by the NBA. [Orlando Sentinel] Is this a sign of things to come for the NBA? You would be a fool to think there is only one player in the NBA that is taking a banned substance. Lewis came out and took the suspension like a man, but the NBA and NFL always escape the public scrutiny when it comes to steroids. It will be interesting to see if the NBA ends up with a steroid problem. Today is a great day for Bud Selig.
