Is Shanahan Headed to Buffalo?

Mike Shanahan

First Ralph Wilson brought in Terrell Owens before the season and now Wilson's Bills have contacted former Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan to see if he is interested in being the next head coach of the Bills. Wilson has always gone the cheap route when it comes to hiring a coach and it looks like Wilson might finally be ready to spend some money. The irony here is that Wilson was criticized for his venture into Toronto, but the deal with Toronto is earning Wilson money and he might be willing to spend it for once. Bills fans have been disapointed before and it still could happen as ESPN's Adam Schefter also lists Jim Haslett (No!), Montreal head coach Marc Trestman (Who?) and former Bills offensive coordiantor Kevin "Buddy Ryan Punched Me" Gilbride as other candidates for the job. Bills fans better hope something comes out of this meeting as Shanahan would be a great fit for Buffalo.
