Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel was sacked from behind on Saturday by Seattle's defensice tackle Brandon Mebane and clutched his knee. Pro Football Talk is reporting that the latest rumor is that Cassel has a sprained MCL and ankle. Depending on the severity of the damage, Cassell might miss anwhere from a few days to several weeks.
