Merriman Denies Hurting ‘Tequila’

 

San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merrimansent a statement to Fox's Jay Glazer and said he didn't assault Tila "Tequila" Nguyen. Merriman said he was trying to prevent his girlfriend from driving drunk.  The star linebacker was arrested Sunday and accused of choking and restraining his girlfriend. This story keeps getting more bizarre and it will be interesting to see which one of these celebrites is telling the truth.
