Michael Vick Reinstated

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell conditionally reinstated former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick today.  Vick can participate in preseason practices and play in the final two preseason games if he gets signed by an NFL team.  Once the NFL season begins, the former Falcons quarterback can participate in all activities except games, but could play as soon as October. [AJC] Goodell will have a news conference later today. Terrell Owens, Donovan McNabb, Tony Dungy and other NFL players and coaches will disagree if he is suspended for a single game.
