NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced today that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is eligible to play week three. Goodell said that Vick is "Demonstrating his commitment and will use better judgment going forward." The Eagles open at Carolina and then play the New Orleans Saints at home. Vick's first game will be against the Kansas City Chiefs and then the Eagles have a bye week. Sorry Chiefs fans, but it looks like Vick will be eligible when the Eagles have two bye weeks in a row.
