Lil Wayne Gives Lane Kiffin Another Shoutout

 

Can life get any better for Lane Kiffin right now? His team is 4-4 on the season and has blowout wins against Georgia and South Carolina. Kiffin is once again set to have one of the best recruiting classes in the nation. Every national show keeps mentioning Kiffin and Tennessee. Rapper Lil Wayne mentioned Kiffin in a rap song and Lil Wayne gave another shoutout to Kiffin.

In his latest video update on Ustream, Lil Wayne said, "Shoutout Lane Kiffin and the whole Tennessee Volunteers team. I heard they said they are only doggin the things I said,because I said, 'Smoke sh**, smoke weed like Lane Kiffin.' What you don't know Lane, is you'll be sitting in some recruits living room, and his mom will yell for him to come up front. He will have his Ipod in, listening to "smoke w**d all day, talk **** like Lane Kiffin." And then you can be like "Hi son, I'm Lane Kiffin." And he'll know what you're talking about. I got you Lil Lane, I hear thats what they callin you now. But for real, those boys over at Tennessee I rock wit yall!" I watched yall stomp south carolina, yall did your thing. I am a big fan of the ole ball coach, but yall did your thing, and I rock wit yall. Those black and orange jersey's you killed em."

Lil Wayne makes many dumb decisions, but he does have a point: His mention of Kiffin in his rap song will only help Tennessee in recruiting.
